These trainings are based on specific needs and are adaptable according to these needs. We can deliver both Development Programmes and "Training Infusions". The duration of the sessions varies between 4,6,12 or 24 hours and can cover the following topics:

  • Develop your communication skills by practising assertiveness, active listening and concise speaking.
  • Decision-making. Learn how to make effective decisions and learn when to use your free will to choose what you want, because you want it.
  • Conflict management. Identify your conflict management style and learn new ways to deal with conflict.
  • Teamwork. Teamwork can be effective when you learn to manage your team by making them feel value in themselves as individuals, in their work and in the team itself.
  • You can only delegate to certain people. When they are mature enough, when they take responsibility and when their motivation is high and constant, people can make an impact as delegators.
  • This training is for first-line managers and middle managers. Learn how to lead by example and use your strengths to manage your teams effectively.
  • Change Management.. Change is hard and yet it keeps us moving forward. Learn about the different stages of human reaction to change and find out how to deal with resistance in healthy and effective ways.
  • Time management. Learn a new way of looking at time and time will no longer be your problem. Find out what your priority is among all other priorities and relearn the most effective time management techniques.
  • ● Presentation skills. Fear can prevent you from having effective public presentations. Learn how to deal with your inner critic and anxiety and put your vulnerability to work for your presentations.
  • Training of trainers. If you are a trainer and need to train others, you may need some tools and methods to create learning communities, to facilitate and interact with groups that learn from you.
  • Coaching skills. Learn how to be a good coach.
