- Positive psychotherapy: Positive Psychotherapy (PPT) is a therapeutic method that focuses on recognising and developing the positive aspects of human experiences. Developed by Nossrat Peseschkian in the 1970s, PPT combines elements from various therapeutic styles, addressing the conflicts and resources of the individual. The main aim is to help patients discover and build on their abilities and strengths, integrating humanistic, psychodynamic and systematic principles. It is a semi-structured, goal-oriented approach influenced by cross-cultural observations from over twenty cultures.
- Psychodrama Psychodrama is a method of personal development in a group, with an emphasis on action rather than talk. The method was developed by Jacob Levy Moreno and is inspired by dramatic techniques, involving participants in the staging of personal situations. Scenes can be drawn from everyday life, relationships or dilemmas, providing a visual, auditory and tactile perspective. Participation, either as a spectator or as a character, generates deep insights and intense experiences, highlighting the power of a scene in recreating and understanding reality.
- Ericksonian Hypnopsychotherapy: A type of psychotherapy based on hypnotic techniques developed by Milton H. Erickson. It is based on the use of metaphorical language and indirect suggestions to access and influence the unconscious resources of the individual, promoting positive change.
