It is a semi-structured, goal-oriented approach influenced by cross-cultural observations from over twenty cultures.<\/li><li><strong>Psychodrama<\/strong> Psychodrama is a method of personal development in a group, with an emphasis on action rather than talk. The method was developed by Jacob Levy Moreno and is inspired by dramatic techniques, involving participants in the staging of personal situations. Scenes can be drawn from everyday life, relationships or dilemmas, providing a visual, auditory and tactile perspective. Participation, either as a spectator or as a character, generates deep insights and intense experiences, highlighting the power of a scene in recreating and understanding reality.<\/li><li><strong>Ericksonian Hypnopsychotherapy:<\/strong> A type of psychotherapy based on hypnotic techniques developed by Milton H. Erickson.
